Diesel Gym Tokyo ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://www.dieselgym.jp (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site itself — registration, membership, and any health, photo, or video consent for our classes are handled separately through the Artillery Kai app (see "Membership and class registration" below).

We keep data collection on the Site to a minimum.

  1. Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and preferred language you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.
  2. Language preference. When you choose English or Japanese using the language switcher, we store that choice in a cookie or in your browser's local storage so the Site remembers your preference on future visits. This is a functional preference only; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
  3. No analytics or tracking. The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not share Site data with advertisers.

Membership and class registration

Registration to attend classes — including identity, emergency contact, health information, and consent to be photographed or filmed — is handled through the Artillery Kai app, not through this Site. Artillery Kai is operated by a third party and has its own privacy policy and consent flow. Please review their terms when you register.

For minors, a parent or guardian completes registration and consent in the Artillery Kai app on the child's behalf. The Site itself does not collect information about minors.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form.
  • To remember your language preference between visits.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to respond to your enquiry (for example, replying via email) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, and are then deleted.
  • Language preference remains in your browser until you clear your cookies or local storage, or change it via the language switcher.

Your choices
